  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    We allow cats and dogs. Breed Restrictions apply. Exotic pets are approved on a case by case basis.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    We allow 2 pets per apartment.
  3. Are there any deposits, fees, per pet or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Yes. There is a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet under 40lbs and $45 per pet above 40lbs (full grown). There is also a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 for the 1st pet and $500 for the 2nd pet.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    You must have a government issued photo ID and your checkbook to reserve an apartment! We suggest you bring a camera or use your phone to take memorable photos of our beautiful community.
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    There is a onetime, non-refundable Amenity Fee of $220 and an Application Fee of $60 per person. Residents pay a trash fee of $15 per month.
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    You must earn least three times the monthly rent. Credit and criminal background are verified through a third party.
  7. What is acceptable?
    One month worth of paystubs, or last year's filed income tax return if business owner. If you are starting a new job we will accept a signed offer letter on company letterhead.
  8. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    The security deposit is 100% refundable if you return the apartment in clean condition and there are no damages above normal wear and tear.
  9. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Anyone can break a lease by providing a 60 day written notice and paying a termination fee based on the number of months lived in the apartment.
  10. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes a month-to-month fee may apply.
  11. What utilities are included in my lease?
    Residents are responsible for gas heat, electric, water, sewer and trash.
  12. How long is the term of the lease?
    The standard term of the lease is 12 months however; you may sign a 3-11 month lease subject to the terms and availability based on your move in date.
  13. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes. Please ask your Leasing Professional for details on availability and terms.
  14. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes.
  15. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    No, we do not offer furnished apartments; however, please see your Leasing Professional for a referral if you need furnishings for your apartment.
  16. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    No.
  17. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    24-hour emergency maintenance services are provided by calling the onsite leasing office phone number. For non-emergencies simply call, stop by in person, or email the onsite leasing office.
  18. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the first of every month.
  19. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes
  20. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes, for your convenience, there is a locked drop box located outside of the Leasing Office.
  21. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Depending on the length of the stay, they may have to be added to the lease.
  22. Do you have reserved parking?
    No, but private garages are available for lease.
  23. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Motorcycles can be parked in any available parking space. We do offer private garages for lease.
  24. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes. We want to make sure that they will have access to our pool, game room and other amenities.
  25. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Yes.
  26. Do you have cable services?
    Yes, both Comcast and Verizon Fios services are available.
  27. Does the property have a fitness center?
    Yes.
  28. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    Yes.
  29. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    Yes.
  30. Are gas grills permitted on your property?
    No. Gas and/or charcoal grills are not permitted on the property.
  31. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Yes, there are private garages available for lease.
  32. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    Yes, as long as the apartment is returned to its original condition upon move out.
  33. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    No, we do not accept packages.
  34. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes, please ask your Leasing Professional for more details.
